The South Kid friendly Holidays

Usually we have always done westgate for our family stays. What I liked about aqua sol was the deluxe room was larger with full kitchen and balcony. What I didn’t like was it only has 3pools During our stay we heard a lot people complain that they kept telling people to get out the pool due to lightening in the area. According to my phone and others lightening was about 20 miles out. We asked what app they used for transparency but they did not share. One of the days it was closed all day until about 6:30pm. The amenities for basketball or golf are not anything great and they close it at 8pm! Which I found to be pretty inconvenient for my son. The arcade is ok and the bar food was not good. Overall the staff was nice when we mentioned these things but they couldn’t do anything about it. I heard a lot of owners say it was not like this and were unsatisfied with their stay as well. We won’t be staying here again

The facilities were a bit outdated and I wish the pool was a bit bigger. I did not like the fact that you would have to pay extra for towels in your own room and that you did not have any housekeeping. However, the staff was really nice and the space was great for a family of 7.

2nd times staying at the property and it’s worth every penny.

Overall a good stay. Housekeeping was rare, had to call multiple times for service and toilet paper.

I have convinced my husband that we need to come once a year! He is a homebody and hates to travel but somehow he loved the amenities and convenience of our two bedroom villa that we extended out stay. We were pleasantly surprised that a chic fila, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, gas station and Walgreens were all minutes away. Also, Disney Springs is on the same exit giving you so many options right down the road. Very happy with our stay and our 4 year old 9 month old had the best time.
