Gulf Coast Kid friendly Holidays

The staff was great at check-in and a few days later they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and balloons (super thoughtful) as I was there celebrating my birthday. The macaw was super cool (I believe his name was Charlie). And the room was nice and clean. The coffee shop had every type of snack. The only con to my visit was the neighbors being super loud (you could hear them through the adjoining door and the vents). Overall, I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay! This hotel is so central to everything. We were very impressed with the staff and service, and loved the pools and hottubs. I highly recommend!

I loved our room, but there was some confusion in the description about what a suite plus meant. Our unit did not have a balcony as it appeared to have in the description online. I believe my unit should have had a balcony, but because I reserved through a 3rd party, I didn’t receive that. Also, floor was filthy with sand and grit everywhere. The pool areas were well maintained and clean, which was the highlight of the resort. The miniature golf, bikes and shuffle board were all broken, needed attention or missing pieces. It was great to have a grilling area but inconvenient to pick up the intensely in the activity center, and the area where we grilled was congested with people playing their music loudly and were most likely not guests of the resort. We did not eat at the restaurant, but the golf course was great.

Great staff and well maintained hotel

The facility was very nice. There were some hidden charges upon checkout. The food at all the venues was fair. Would not stay there again.
