I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message. The room was fine- clean, well equipped! But it was stifling hot- and this is in the midst of a Swedish winter. There was no way to turn down the heat so we tossed and turned for many hours. Breakfast was lovely :)
