Treigny Kid friendly Holidays

This is a beautiful boutique French hotel, with superior linens, towels and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the listing indicated airport transfer, which I took to mean a shuttle. Instead, they, like nearly every hotel, arrange a taxi. The cost is 40 Euro - a lot for a 10-minute ride. Also, note the restaurant is not open Mondays, which is when I stayed so ended up not having dinner as no restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel close to Disneyland! Has a shuttle but take note of times as it has two breaks in the day and one is quite long. Not an issue as we plan our day around it. Breakfast good, second stay here - this time did not have any GF plates available - last time given bread/cereal and cake. The only thing I would say is to have a separate place to collect pool towels as had a long wait in a check in queue. Staff wonderful, everything you could need in the room including mini kitchen. Wonderful shower room with decent products and super comfy beds (even the sofa bed). Water coolers on every floor and even though we were right by the lift we barely heard any noise! I think this is my favourite ‘Disney’ offsite hotel.

The morning shift was not to good after a 12hr flight all we wanted was to check in we got there about 30min before check in time they asked us to wait a bit we sat in the lobby for 1hr and the girls in the front desk never let us know our room was ready if i would have never got up from the chair and asked we they would have never let us know our room has been ready…however the night shift was AMAZING they were very helpful, informative, kind and knowledgeable and very fast at picking us up and taking us to Disneyland
