Zurich West Kid friendly Holidays

I loved the hotel. Unfortunately, there are no dining or reservation options for paid hotel guests who are not with a large company party. ALL, but one, staff are very kind and do their best to accommodate. We werent permitted to have drinks in the bar, nor sit anywhere outside at night, despite no one sitting there, because we werent with these large parties. They do have luggage service if you call for pickup. The spa was nice (bring your swimsuit as they are not nuse like German Sauna). We spent the majority of our 3 days there, in our room, but it was really beautiful. The HIKE, is better taken up the stairs and not the road. Breakfast was wonderful. I would NOT recommend coming here at anytime in December. Zurich overall is EXTREMELY underwhelming and overpriced. I wouldnt visit again on my own dime.

The feeling of the building and room decor was too dark . The rooms were clean though . One of the rooms had no heat . Staff was rude while delivering the portable heater . We waited for the portable heater for over one hour

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

A great hotel, close to lots of shops and 2 minute walk to a tram stop into Zurich city centre. Staff were lovely and service was great.

The hotel is very modern; the glass windows open with the touch of a button. The breakfast was very good and varied. Parking is not free, but it's covered and very secure. I was very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness.
