The hotel is very well located and the staff are all nice. I’ve stayed before and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
My only complaint was that I called twice on the day of checkout to see if I could check out at 1pm instead of Noon. Both times I was told that I’d be called back, but I never was…

The Wall Street Hotel was fantastic. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The room, and the hotel in general, were extremely clean. Very clean sheets and bedding which I appreciate. The floors in the bathroom were heated and the towels were big enough for an actual adult, not a toddler. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast at La Marchande was fantastic, and again, and extremely clean establishment. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again!

Property was very clean and staff was very helpful. Location in Hell’s Kitchen was convenient to everything in Times Square. Free breakfast had numerous hot and cold options. Pay attention to the RIU location that you book because there are two properties in the area.

Absolutely charming old hotel in a fabulous location. The room I stayed in was updated and clean. The shower was hot, though the water pressure left something to be desired sometimes dropping out entirely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress was okay, not great. I would stay here again.
