Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

Easy to check in and out

Our stay here was lovely. Would stay again. It’s in a great location close to a lot of things to see. Staff was friendly. We loved that there was a full bathroom and plenty of space in room. Breakfast was buffet style and had plenty to choose from and not bad taste wise only thing was the eggs were disgusting idk what they do to their eggs but the smell and taste was awful. They do charge you for it as well 12 euros per person. Only other thing to mention was in the room the carpet was pretty gross it looks like it needs replaced. Other than that everything else was great!

We were charged for early check-in and was put in a dirty room. It was visibly dirty called housekeeping they were very nice came up and cleaned the room. Housekeeping manager felt bad about the situation and requested I’ll be put into a better room. Which was clean. Computers were down at checkout time and they couldn’t see any of the information I don’t know if I was overcharged a resort fees or what wasn’t given any receipts was told that they could not see anything. Very noisy Hotel.

So convenient to do what we wanted to do, great breakfast, casino activities, staff friendly and very hospitable, pool, dining and neutral area to go where ever especially close to the airport. Great stay for my wife and I, happy wife on her birthday event. Thank la for allowing me to do this survey. RR

Where to start. Everything. Everything. The hosts are very special. An uncommon concierge. A friend. The whole team. Day and night. The beautiful gallery. I would rather keep it my and my wife’s special secret. You will have to stay at Rhinoceros to discover this treasure. My complements to the Fendi's.

Durango is one of my top 2 favorite hotels in the world. The rooms are huge, well appointed, and very comfortable. The onsite restaurants are absolutely fantastic, and the pool is beyond beautiful. The staff is polite and helpful, and lastly, there is an overall calmness that proliferates through the entire property that is tangible. Love this place.

The hotel is very cute, tucked into a building extremely close to the Spanish Steps. It is within 5-10 walking minutes of a some popular sites and lots of restaurants! The staff are friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Vanessa for her patience, recommendations, and complimentary upgrade since they had room. We did not require AC as it was March but the hotel temperature was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the TB in April and would definitely return. The staff are lovely and available to help with anything anytime (although our requests were limited to transportation and dinner recommendations). The hotel is beautiful and our room was serviced each day. It was ready when we arrived at midday and the extra beds for our girls were made up on arrival. There is a great breakfast available each morning in their restaurant which is set up as a breakfast room with a buffet and staff are on hand to make coffee and take any special orders. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening but had wine in the little roof bar. The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the other main sights. We walked everywhere except one rainy morning when a taxi made more sense. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks as well as the main shopping streets whic makes wandering home after a day of sightseeing fun. The best gelato we have ever had was right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!
