The AC unit was loud and could hear it throughout the night while sleeping - but at least we had AC! Housekeeping never topped up the hair conditioner - had to ask for it. In our last night, sheets had a very funny odor even though they were clean and beautifully ironed/pressed. The view from the 13th floor restaurant was so stunning!!! Menu could have been better.
