Elora Cataract Trailway Kid friendly Holidays

The hotel looked very nice and we got to the hotel around 230 and tried to check in. Was told that our room would be ready in 20-30 minutes so come back. Came back and there was a huge lineup so waited in line for check in. Waited at least 45 minutes. Got up to check in desk and was told they moved us to the Hampton Inn and Suites but they weren’t sure why or how it works. So told us to sit down and they would sort out. They came back 15 minutes later and didn’t tell us why just told us to go to the Hampton. Said we would get free breakfast and parking. Made our way to Hampton and there were 4 other people that were booked into the Crowne and were told to come to Hampton. Everyone at Hampton gets a free breakfast but they tried to charge us for parking. Argued with them and they contacted the Crown and finally gave us free parking. All in all It was a big runaround obviously because they overbooked the hotel. Not impressed in the least when all we wanted to do was get to hotel and rest before our flight home!

Stay here every summer. Not as clean as it used to be. Tub was full of hair and very musty smelling room. Needs a good renovation. Location is great.

After a long drive to Niagara, Sterling Inn was a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the shower and jacuzzi were clean, and iin excellent condition. The breakfast in bed was the icing on the cake. Property was walking distance from the falls and amenities. Loved my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Niagara.

Room was clean and bigger than I expected. We had dinner at Play restaurant both the service and food were great. Highly recommend White Oaks.
