I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was bright, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the room remained quiet throughout the night. The staff were welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The whole hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere that made the stay very relaxing. I also liked how convenient the location was for getting around. I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

Great support and room were clean breakfast was really good with a lot of selection. Choose inside rooms as the outside were smoking from shrine burning next store almost daily

Great friendly staff, easy check-in and airport transport. Laundry service was fast and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the pho. Would stay here again next time

Stayed During the Tet Holiday; Hotel Staff were all lovely and helpful. Special shoutout to the Concierge staff, who were able to find us a City Tour Guide working during the holidays. We had an excellent stay and the Lotte Hotel Hanoi will be my first choice on my next visit to Hanoi

Property is not in same condition as photos. Looks run down, worn out, dirty. Room had a balcony with two broken down stools. After squatting all day at street vendors, a decent chair in the room would’ve been great. Staff (Jenny) was 5 stars. So friendly and helpful.
