The checkin was a disaster but after about an hr past checking we finally got a room and they did try and make situation better with an upgrade

I was not given the type of room that I booked and was told it was which was incredibly frustrating. The staff did nothing to rectify it. The main areas of the hotel were great but the rooms did not live up to that quality. The walls are thin and you can hear everything between the rooms. They give you earplugs with a note that says it is for noise from outside but the all the noise came from the hallway and other rooms. Some of the amenities were useful but the towels in the bathroom were equivalent to a one-star motel.

Very disappointing experience at Warwick Brussels. During our stay, the electricity on our floor went out for almost two hours during the night. We had no air conditioning, no internet, no lights, and basically no electricity at all. We could not sleep properly and it completely ruined the night. After asking the hotel team several times what was happening, we were eventually told that it was related to a planned upgrade that had gone wrong. What was especially frustrating is that we were placed on a floor affected by these works without any warning beforehand. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled made the experience even more disappointing. For the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected much better.
