Excellent breakfast which is included with the room.

Hotel is very close to the station, is clean and well appointed. The ac seems to be an issue when i was visiting in 76F / 24C days. The vent is very small to allow for airflow for an entire room. Staff said the ac only gets as cold as about 20deg and their system is old so nothing can be done. The staff brought in fan to help with cooling. Otherwise a really good hotel. May be perfect for winter/cooler days.

View of City Hall was impressive. Location was perfect! I highly recommend with no reservations.

Breakfast was outstanding! The room (junior suite) was spacious: nice walk to neighborhoods, restaurants and shopping.

Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!

Good hearty breakfast for a reasonable cost. No problems with access to showers & toilets, even though shared. Rooms are a little stuffy, but a fan is provided for use and you can open the window at night to get fresh air. Nautical theme is intriguing to look at in all the communal rooms.

The staff was very kind and friendly and hotel is in a great location (very walkable). The room was nice and clean, but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was small in options, but good in taste!
