From valet parking to reception the room and the restaurant everything was great. We had a King Superior which was huge as was the bathroom, the shower was potent and a huge power/massage bath was present, the main room had a fridge, hob and microwave. Be mindful utensils, plates and pans were not in the room. Not entirely sure where you get them from but we never needed them so it didn’t spoil the stay. The large tv screen was great as well. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the strip so ideally located. Well worth the stay.

elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel

Great stay, room was big and very nice. Staff for check-in were great!! Had an amazing dinner at Bazarre Meat an amazing restaurant in the hotel! A little gambling, some shopping and some great cocktails!!!

Hotel rooms were dirty and the bathroom hygiene products were very low tier - used to staying at hotels with name brand products you can trust like Crabtree and Evelyn. Floors were dirty and sheets smelled like bleach.
