Staff was absolutely amazing. We decided after the first night to upgrade to one of the Godzilla rooms which was a little more spacious. The deep soaker bathtub was amazing! The only thing we missed out on was going outside to see the Godzilla head since it was closed for restoration.

Hotel Otani is beautiful. I do wish we spent a few more days here. The staff was helpful and amenities were plentiful.
It's perfectly located within walking distance of places to eat and public transport.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

The views from our rooms on the 34th floor were excellent with one room having a view towards Shinjuku and shibuya crossing.
