Nice Luxury Holidays

Great hotel location. Everything is nearby. The hotel itself is really nice, the elevator needs an upgrade but other than that it was great stay. Loved my room and view.

Staff were very accommodating!

The room was decent enough, only thing that ruined the experience was the room was advertised with balcony photos and when I went there, the room had no balcony which was extremely disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. Our room had a garden view which was lovely. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom. As a reminder, in Europe, most hotels do not have face/wash clothes so bring your own if that is important. Also although they do have AC the property had disconnected it as it was becoming fall season. During the day the room was a bit warm but quite comfortable at night and in the morning. Just in case that is a factor for someone. Hotel is in a lovely and quaint somewhat residential area. Only a few blocks to the Promenade. Lots of restaurants very close.

Lovely room, very clean, located centrally to town and near beach

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel West End. The location along the Promenade Anglais was excellent and in short walking distance of the Old Town and Castle Hill. We checked in and the hotel staff got us into our room in less than 15 minutes. The service was impeccable. I felt like I was transported back in time. I would definitely stay here again.
