Great location, no elevators, everything else great.

The staff was helpful and the elevator was quick.

The simple check in took 20 minutes.

Staff knew nothing about the Expedia Gold benefits. Unacceptable since this is why I chose this property. Had to explain the discount again at checkout. No room upgrade considered.

Loved the location, we loved the entire stay.

Amazing friendly efficient staff, excellent location so handy for everything including central station. Loved the hotel, only downsides. We had a room over canal and molly malones and other bars. Frankly the windows prevented zero noise coming through, i could of been sleeping in the bars.... that said luckily i had a nosey teenager who found complimentary ear plugs in the drawers. Popped them in and slept great. Good choice of pillows. Would definitely stay here again and if they fix the windows it would be 5 stars.

We didn’t have breakfast. Stairs were very steep! Staff were excellent . Room was exactly as the pictures posted ,
