Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant on site. Not within walking distance of city center.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

The breakfast it was excellent and the staff also. We need to call several times regarding the room ice bucket , glasses.

Staff was so helpful, called us cabs in the middle of the night, bolt wasn’t working and we were about to miss our train.

The breakfast was superb. The bar staff are extremely friendly and hard working. Prices at the bar are very reasonable in comparison to similar 5 star hotels in other european cities.

The views are beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience didn’t match the setting. The staff came across as neither particularly friendly nor professional, which made the stay feel less welcoming. The hotel itself is large and modern, but it lacks character and warmth, giving it a somewhat impersonal atmosphere

We stayed at the Seville Centre Hotel for three days and were very pleased with our experience. Patricia greeted us with a warm smile and was extremely friendly and courteous. We requested a quiet room on the top floor, and Patricia kindly arranged that for us. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kettle and a grooming kit. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes for just 16 euros. We received a complimentary bottle of bubbling! Very nice touch :) The hotel also features a lovely swimming pool on the third floor in an open area, along with a fantastic restaurant on the top floor. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at the Seville Centre Hotel and would gladly recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you, Patricia, for your kindness and professionalism.
