The location is excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the amenities, including the free snacks, are great. The view from the river facing room was beautiful and the corner unit had so many windows. The only negative is the bed: is is really hard which on its own is not the issue but combined with the very rough bed linens, it was a bit much. I understand that they are trying to be eco-friendly but surely there are more comfortable/smooth eco-friendly materials. It was actually pretty unpleasant and affected my sleep quality. I would not recommend to anyone with sensory issues related to rough/uncomfortable fabrics. I think that the bathroom design has been roasted enough in the reviews but I will just say to be careful to not slip and fall after a shower and to lay down towels.

The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay
