I like the quiet areas (2nd floor lounge?) The hotel is old but well maintained - clean, no "old building smell" Breakfast provided is healthy - and there is variety.

Room wasn't ready 1.5 hours after the states check in time. The hotel is used for a lot of other purposes for such a small space so it's awkward to shimmy through someone's bat mitzvah to get up to our rooms. We heard really loud tribal drumming from tao when we were up on the 2nd floor. The best things are pretty decent sized rooms for NYC and awesome location.

I had an awesome view…. Got upgraded on check in so that I could see the ocean from my room… excellent service from everyone

This hotel is a hidden gem. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. I was able to walk to most attractions. I also appreciated how quickly they responded to requests

Could not be faulted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was made even better when the hotel realised it was our Silver Wedding celebration holiday and left a lovely present in our room for us. Attentive detail to the finest degree.
