Hotel was clean and convenient to restaurants, Vatican City and the metro. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our early arrival and check-in.

The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

I last stayed in The Venetian 13 years ago, and thought then it was the best hotel I'd ever stayed at. I took 11 friends with me for my belated 50th birthday this time, and it's still the best hotel any of us have ever seen, and there was a lot of experienced world travellers in the group. The rooms (and the hotel itself) have magnificent decor, and are extremely spacious and meticulously clean. The hotel and casino facilities are excellent, and of course, the grand canal is something else… and yes, I have been to Venice. Obviously, it’s not cheap to wine and dine in the hotel itself, and if you’re on the 28th floor in the North Tower, you can be waiting on an elevator for a while, but this is a Vegas must-see and stay.

The property was in a beautiful setting, a lovely old property.

We loved our stay.! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beds extremely comfortable. And OH.....the rooftop restaurant was incredible. Beautiful views, great drinks and appetizers. And the included breakfast was again, incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hotel L'Orologio!

It was a very busy weekend, with the World Cup being in town. But the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The star was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and everything was working properly. The only problem was a soiled pillow with signs of blood on the pillow case from when it was cleaned. I felt this to be a bit disturbing for an expensive hotel. Other than that is was a good stay.
