Central location but not necessarily the prettiest are of downtown Prague. The hotel lobby decor is awful and the deodorizer they spray are disgusting (subjective point of view). The room (no upgrade available for any of our 3 nights) was good but view to the internal side was depressing. Breakfast was good and breakfast service staff and front desk was excellent. I’ll try to find something better next time I am in Prague.

Love this hotel! Located in the heart of the old town but nestled on the quiet street! Working distance to everywhere. Breakfast is not free but good quality food value for the price. Super nice staff, special thanks to Jean-Paul at reception who has the best places to recommend for fine dining!

"The room was new, beautiful bedroom and bathroom too. We used the spa it was lovely and quiet too. The breakfast was beautiful and a lot of variety. The cocktails were excellent and good value for money The hotel left my husband a cake for his birthday"
