Pool should be open later with entertainment for adults and there should be drinks special nice property but but nothing to do after 6pm unless your going to the night club. Have a ice. I’d in room for guest they only ice box was filled with hotel products which was over prices

Our stay at Faena Hotel Miami Beach was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and every part of the experience felt truly 5-star. Everything was excellent

Excellent location and nice new rooms. Room balconies are a plus. Lack of lounges and coworking areas do not meet current expectations for travelers. There’s also miscommunication between the hotel staff. For instance when ordering ice to the room, the front desk places an order to the fifth floor restaurant and never follows up, so you would be waiting for a while to get something as basis as ice. On the positives, they seem to sown a lot in security both personnel and technology.
