Staff could not be anymore polite or helpful. Room 107 spacious and clean. Hotel nice and tidy. We did not use gym or spa however nice to have available.

Hotel was amazing, staff was very welcoming and nice, room was cleaned and well organised, I was little disappointed with breakfast options and fitness room. Overall I had an amazing experience and would love to stay again.

Delicious breakfast with unusual offerings.

The staff at check in were great, the system was down so it was a manual check in and took a bit longer. But they very kindly upgraded us which we appreciated a lot and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and felt very new. The bathroom was large and had great amenities. The hotel is in short walking distance to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the soft pillows and noise from the room above in the very early hours of the morning.

The pictures accurately reflected the room. Checkout was a few hours before my bus to Salzburg, and they allowed me to leave my luggage in the reception area which was a huge help.

Loved that it was right on the water and Portoroz and Piran is such a beautiful part of Slovenia.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful both upon my arrival and when checking out. The location of the hotel is perfect. So close to the pink church and central to the entire pedestrian area. The room was comfy with a high end bathroom. I would stay here again and again.
