Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are neat, clean and functional

Very clean, had everything you need for a stay. They had a new key card system that had a little issue with entering that night, but luckily someone was coming out the door so we were able to get up into our room

The cleaners were amazing as well as the porters. The staff at the rooftop bar were also so helpful and friendly. Information at reception was patchy. We were promised things by reception that we never received (as members) such as late check out. Breakfast was basic but some of the staff were brilliant, happy and helpful. Some less so and a lady in a jacket went out of her way to be rude on our final day. Luckily we had experienced the weekend breakfast staff so knew this was not the normal service. The room was clean, and we felt very safe as there is access only to those on the floor, some of the amenities were tired and our room key expired every day. As someone with cancer going through chemotherapy and with a child it was tiring having to go every single day to renew the key- but on the whole we would definitely stay again. When healthier.
