The bed and pillows were not comfortable; the AC did not work. The towels were super worn out. The hotel overall could use updating, everything is very old; rusty and outdated. Hallways smell badly.

"Five star hotel and dining experience. You literally can’t beat staying here if you want to explore the ruins. You get earlier access than everyone in the morning when the gates open and get a view of it lit up at night. You also have to dine at the restaurant while you’re there. 10/10 all around! ..."
