Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

The Hotel Splendide Royal is an excellent boutique hotel in a great location - right off the Rue Saint Honore. It is less than half the price of the major five star hotels for a larger extremely well designed luxurious hotel suite. The breakfasts are not to be missed and included in the price. The service is highly attentive and personal.

The property has some rooms with very low ceiling (same height as door frames) on the first floor (1) above ground (0). We (2 of us) were upgraded from superior to superior 3, but the first floor room was not very welcoming abet it

We stayed at the hotel during the art fair in Paris for four nights. Booked the Eiffel suite. You can see a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower if you try hard. The room itself is certainly not a suite. It is quite small. There is a nice terrace. Had a good time, but we paid about €1000 a night and that is not worth it

The room was exquisite and had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and overlooked the Montmartre Cemetery. It was clean and the bar items were reasonably priced. The windows opened which felt like we had a balcony. The bathroom was amazing and we made use of the giant comfy tub and all the toiletries.

Location of hotel is good, close to metro stations and 20 mins away from arc de triomphe. Room was small, not a lot of space but wasn’t a big deal. Staff were helfpul and room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast included was okay, no variety in what was offered, same thing everyday. If you didn’t get there early enough, food was sometimes cold. Would stay here again!

We loved this hotel! The location and staff were both wonderful. Our next time in Paris we would def. stay here again. The room was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner. I am a tough critic though.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little small for all of our luggage, but that was not a problem for us, and I think this is quite normal for hotels in Paris. The bathroom was very clean, the towels were fresh, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff was truly outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Even after we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave for our departure. While we were waiting in the lobby, we asked if we could have some coffee and tea, and they were so kind to prepare them for us—even though we had already checked out. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel is also centrally located and very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris. There is even a restaurant directly across the street that offers room service to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness, location, excellent staff, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!
