Great place - good location and amazing view. There is also a mall downstairs which is very handy.

Really cute boutique hotel just outside the Old Town! I liked the aesthetic from the pictures online and wasn't disappointed in person. We were on the interior side so the noise from trams didn't bother us but I could see how it could be an issue at the front. My only suggestion for improvement is to offer hair conditioner as part of the included toiletries, it seems to be uncommon in some Polish hotels but many travellers flying internationally with carry on luggage don't pack it due to liquid restrictions so it would be nice to have provided.

The hotel offered a favourable location, only a short walk from the main square. We arrived on Saturday night, and the pubs across the road were very loud; however, they closed for the remainder of the nights we stayed Sunday and Monday and the hotel provided earplugs in the room so we knew what to expect. The hotel was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt somewhat dated and the shower was disappointing. I requested a room change but was told no, so the staff were not particularly helpful. As a gold member of other chains I found this disappointing as get treated better with them
