9/10 Wonderful! (1,007 reviews)
We had a wonderful experience at PARKROYAL! The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and smelled so fresh and inviting. The staff were very accommodating, warm, and attentive throughout our stay.
We also loved the food! The meals were nutritious, delicious, and offered a great variety of choices to suit different preferences.
Thank you, PARKROYAL, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and look forward to coming back soon! ❤️

Beautiful rooms and views of the bay, amenities in the room were wonderful (loved being able to open curtains from bed), excellent morning buffet, central location, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay went well.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,666 reviews)
Pool is fabulous but gym super small with no small weights for women. We didn’t eat at the hotel so no idea about the food. Pillows & beds were good. Quiet room at the end of the hall in 1257 with great view overlooking the neighbourhood & temple. Easy to access from the airport & no outside walking to get to hotel lobby! Great location for restaurants & Chinatown.
