It is a self service hotel in the sense that you are asked to carry your suitcases up and down of flights of stairs and even to storage room to store your bags. It is set up like a maze and annoying to navigate to find your way around and no one offers to show you around. Quite Far from attractions too. I would not stay here again. It is clean but I expect that from a pricy hotel. Service for us was lacking.

The room was very clean and cozy. Really liked the heated floor in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The guest relations team was amazing and helped me with all my reservations before our arrival. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
