We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean.

Room had a weird smell and also saw some long tailed silverfish in the room. Also - booked a twin room and it was two maddresses pushed together so not really a twin room. There were some strange people hanging out around the gym.
Breakfast was super though as well as the food in the restaurant and the service from the front desk.
