The hotel itself was lovely. The breakfast and snacks as per of the Level package were really good. There was a power and water cut int he night on the second day which no one was informed of. We were on the 12th floor with no lift so highly dangerous. The next morning at breakfast there was a horrific driving from the works outside on the hotel, the whole way through breakfast which was poor. If I had known there were works going on, I may not have booked. Nothing was said in the communications with the hotel before. I found out on arrival after I had gotten lost finding the hotel as it’s under scaffolding at the entrance!

In general great hotel, I always stay at edition. But this one was super noisy, I couldn’t get even one good nite sleep! A homeless under my room dog was barking all the nite, noisy neighbours during weekend and the staff wouldn’t bring you enough towels etc. Very very minimal and dark in the bathroom area, I expected way more.

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff is very friendly, very welcoming. Room is spacious, clean. Breakfast is worth to try, everything is super delicious. Hotel located ina great location, walking fistance to all main sightseeing attractions. I would stay there again and of course reccomend it.

Our stay at SmartRental Collection Gran Vía was absolutely outstanding. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy access to everything Madrid has to offer. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!
