This place is amazing! My new favourite place to stay!

Staff were most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Facility was spotless, room was very clean and all items in room worked as intended. There was a charge for breakfast but was delicious and staff was attentive. We were delighted with our stay.

Great location- huge room, with everything you need. Spotless, with quality linens and comfy beds. Would stay here again.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel the rooms are pretty but no restaurant or bar working and the curtains don’t close right even when we ast them to please fix them. The lobby is very small and not very attractive

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vancouver! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Multiple bars and restaurants with great service and food The pool was a little bit small but lots of seating and the bar menu was bigger than I expected. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was amazing included a Bose speaker built into the wall. Really nice features and amenities good location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay

The Douglas was an unexpected gem. We chose it for the location, but the staff and the quality of the furnishings and amenities was fantastic.
