Good hotel, not close to the City center but easy to walk. The restaurant was fab!

I can’t complain about anything with this hotel! Everyone was kind, the rooms were clean, and employees were helpful.

We stayed in the apartments and the space was incredible. Check-in was a wonderful experience and they have great drinks in the bar.

Our experience is - 5-star hotel charges with a 3-star experience. Room - the room is not small however the layout is very odd. First they place a big round seat in the middle of the room and end of the beds. It occupies so much space and it would be much better if it is a long seat instead of round. Secondly the washroom and the water tab are location in two different side of the room. Meaning one going washroom needs to go to the other side of the room to wash hands. Third, the bed mattress is very soft. Apparently there is a mattress and a soft topper - maybe the mattress is too old that they need to put a topper? Never see that before. Service - the front desk is not particularly friendly. The doorman is responsive to our arrival. However I feel he can handle our luggage with a bit care. He took us to the room and explain the room facilities (actually not much) and he said the hotel will provide two bottles of water. Upon our departure we check to the mini fridge and there is a note saying the mini bar items are included and free but it was not made to our attention. Location - it is 10 minutes walk from train station and 3 minutes car ride. With the luggage we need to call a cab. With respect to the hotel decor, it is definitely not 5-star. In any event, it is a very disappointing experience given the price we paid. Salzburg can be a day trip from Vienna or Innsbruck so need to stay in Salzburg altogether.

Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, reasonable price to park in their lot on site. Hotel provided a complimentary bus pass, but we found it walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue was that the shower door didn’t seal properly and we had to mop up the floor with towels
