They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

We had a great experience staying at the Horseshoe. The property is located in a great part of the strip that allows for walking to most popular destinations. The room was clean and in relatively good shape. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. I will stay here again.

Everything was very expensive. The alcohol at the bar was more than anywhere else in Vegas. The food was twice the amount anywhere else.The hotel was kind of empty. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was very empty.

Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas – My Take
Stayed here recently and overall, I liked it — good location right on the Strip, decent rooms, and plenty to do without having to wander far.
The one thing I didn’t get? Way too many families with little kids running around. I mean… it’s Las Vegas. This is supposed to be an adult playground, not a Chuck E. Cheese with slot machines.
If you’re coming here for the Vegas vibe, you’ll get it — just be ready to dodge strollers on your way to the blackjack table.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very nice. When we arrived there was a woman screaming in the lobby. Additionally the gym was new yet had a must order and down in the basement. It was called a spa yet not a spa. Breakfast beautiful and delicious as was the night lounge upstairs

Everything was amazing!! The workers were so sweet and helpful and truly made our stay. The room was extremely quiet for such a busy area. Check in and check out was easy and the room comes with free espresso! We loved everything about our stay and would definitely recommend.
