This is far from a 4 stars hotel. It looked better on the pictures than it is. The is no sauna/hammam/spa service available except for an offer 2 half-days a weeks… The breakfast was unavailable to us. It is irritating to pay the “ hotel price” we paid but to be ask to deal with removing the bed sheets and get the trash out. The pool is nice and it is walking distance from the beach and the downtown area with dining options.

This is a wonderful hotel.The location was great and the staff helpful professional and excellent. The Dining area is lovely, offering a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times with balcony views.Easy access to transport to get around. .A excellent stay.

The hotel is very central and close to all the places of interest in Zaragoza. The room was very spacious,clean and well-equipped. The double bed was comfortable and well made up. I had a problem managing the blinds but it didn't spoil my stay. The staff were polite and helpful. A generous check-out time (till noon)was also appreciated.

For the price i think it’s the most luxurious hotel ive ever stayed at. Very high quality and secure car park underneath for a fee, well worth it. Restaurant was not what id expected for a 5 star hotel, but adequate adn food tasted great.

Bad room layout

We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time stayed for 2 nights and the room was nice and cool, very big, good internet. Bathroom was clean except around the drain in the sink it looked moldy. The second time we stayed it was a big downgrade. The room was very hot. They did fix it but wasn’t cool until the middle of the night and the bathroom seemed very unclean. The stopper was out of the sink and moldy and the floor looked gross and dingy. The second stay was not a 4 star experience so be careful of the room you get.
