Staff are lovely and it's conveniently located right next to a metro stop but this is a very badic hotel. Rooms are big but amenities scarce. Water pressure was virtually nonexistent and bedside lamp didn't work. The room had two safes, neither of which worked. And there were no plugs near the bed.

A beautiful unique oasis in a large city. One of a kind and stately with friendly staff and an historical charm.
I have traveled professionally for over 40 years in Europe and rarely found such a charming, small gem. Manager Adrain was wonderful.

There is a toilet made from frosted glass in the room. I cant use it when my wife was in the room. I needed to use restroom in the lobby . Stuff doesn't clean room, just towels exchange Location in perfect

Hotel was great and everything was fine, but the exterior pool is at extra cost, and the indoor pool was closed due to repairs. From the listing the impression was that the outdoor pool would be included with the stay
