The hotel lobby is stunning and steeped in history, giving it a charming and nostalgic ambiance. However, some features feel a bit dated; for instance, the bedroom doors have an old-fashioned design, and light from the hallway can seep into the rooms. The accommodations are comfortable and generally average. When you first arrive, there’s a slight musty smell in the hotel, but you quickly adapt to it, it’s definitely different from the standard hotel scent. Overall, it’s a unique experience with plenty of character!

The front desk person that checked us in and the concierge were beyond helpful. They were pleasant, helpful and made our stay the best possible. I love this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Enjoyed our stay at The Liberty Hotel for our 40th anniversary. Was a little nervous as I read a few negative reviews. We found the hotel to be clean & extremely nice. Location is close to the train station and several restaurants are close enough to walk to. Would stay there again.
