The hotel is very convenient to the airport, the free shuttle is great and the employees at the front desk and in the bar are outstanding! I would like to personally commend Adelaida at the front desk for going above and beyond in her service!!

The hotel is located very closely to the lake Zurich and close to the Old Town where the shopping and restaurants are. The hotel does not have A/C which is very hard to sleep or stay in the room when the temperature outside is over 20’s C. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room.

Stately and beautiful. Spacious rooms. Loved having a roomy bathtub and separate shower. Within walking distance of Basel train station. Lovely breakfast. Excellent experience.

Room are to small. AC doesn’t work even water wasn’t free

Staffs are awesome! Nice breakfast and location too! However the room is kind of small. Also the A/C didn’t work. When we were there the building is under construction so pretty noisy in the morning when they started working. The staffs are kind enough to give us some credit.

Property was very nice, small so felt more personal. We were in room 503 which had a nice balcony. Bathroom was functional and the products supplied superb. The front door broke during our stay but it was repaired quickly and with no impact - no dust and detour was just as safe to use. Breakfast was varied and we enjoyed it a lot, maybe a slight rotation on items every few days would be good for those, like us, who stayed a little longer. The hotel is up quite a steep hill but is only a minute from a tram stop.
