The air conditioning was a joke. Our room had a portable unit that was terrible (and loud). The water condensation bin filled every 3 hours and we could not empty it ourselves. Emptying required a bucket, lifting the entire machine over the bucket, and unscrewing the bottom of the unit.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, with friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee available all day, and located in the heart of Zurich. The only issue with the hotel is that it is too tight.
