Staff was great. Nice property. However the self-parking was $70. Ridiculously priced. Even Seattle hotels with valet is only $40-50

Plenty to do and all walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in downtown. Walking distance to great food and drinks. The staff is attentive and friendly. Would stay again if I’m back in Seattle.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was very nice and felt modern, staff were very accommodating. All things in the actual hotel were great. Our issue was we didn’t feel particularly safe staying in the area. The streets were very empty and lots of drug use/homelessness in the area. It was unnerving walking between the hotel and the market

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Sorrento. The service was exceptional, and housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable. It’s a quaint hotel full of character, and the bed was amazing — the pillows especially! Honestly the best night’s sleep I’ve had in forever (I’m even calling to find out what brand they use). The location was perfect too, close to everything with the G Line steps from the hotel for easy rapid bus rides. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit Seattle in the future.
