Overall, my stay at Isleta Resort was okay, but I think there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the rooms would definitely benefit from some renovations to give them a fresher, more modern look.
I also expected a friendlier level of customer service. During my visit to the spa, the treatment itself was very good and I enjoyed it, but the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or warm. A more attentive and friendly attitude would make the experience much more enjoyable.
The resort has potential, but updating the facilities and focusing on customer service would make a big difference. I hope to see improvements in the future.

"Checkin was horrible. They just had a fire and were moving the check in to our side of the Hotel. Check in person made it very confusing. Pool and the hot tub were closed due to fire and the gym was very worn and outdated."
