The resort was beautiful and very well run/maintained. Guests are assigned to a employee for concierge service throughout the whole stay. We were assigned to Rafael who was our go to person throughout our trip. We were able to communicate with him everyday through WhatsApp. He helped us with everything, answered all of our questions, took care of every small issue, made all of our reservations and the list goes on. He was amazing! My kids said they want to go back for Rafael! The food was average (we expected more) but overall I would recommend this resort for a relaxing, luxury vacation. Just be careful if one of the employees offers you a "special breakfast". That is just a tactic to rope you in to joining the travelers club.
