I paid extra For Burj Khalifa view and all i got is dirty windows. Very dirty! And i didn’t stay for couple days . I stayed for 10 nights! Windows was horribly dirty! Cleaning didn’t vacuum or clean the dust. I would never go back to that hotel again’

Very satisfied with our stay. Staff are polite, attentive, they made us feel special. I also would like to thank Qaiser (Shuttle Driver) he's super nice and safe driver. All the staff are highly commendable. We would choose Dusit Thani again on our next visit to Dubai. Thank you for our memorable experienced
