Great room. We were there at a quiet time of year so maybe to be expected but staffing levels didn’t seem adequate for the number of guests. We waited a long time to check in and there were also long waits at the bar.
Good variety at breakfast but the food under the heated lamps was cold and one of the coffee machines was out of action for our stay. Quite a way out of time so nice and quiet but nearest bus stop was about a 15 minute walk away and buses were infrequent

The room advertised on Expedia is not available at the Sandos Monaco, and I have been advised that Expedia have been informed to amend their website.
the staff at the hotel were amazing and went out of their way to give us a room upgrade to a suite, however the room we were moved to had building/maintainence work going on on that floor and it was really noisy and the amazing jacuzzi bath the jets didn’t work (disappointed)
Food in the hotel was amazing, location is ideal, would definitely stay again if they had a room with separate bedroom
