The Hotel was remodeled. Nice building but the front desk staff have no customer service skills, they definitely need a lot of training. I was in room 113, the room had plumbing issues, one day the electricity turned off and the had to send someone to spend 30 minutes to fix it.
The only staff member I think she went above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy is Salma.

The hotel was lovely, clean and staff were very helpful. There was a delay checking in as our room wasn't ready but we were offered a free breakfast.
We didn't eat there as we felt the food was very overpriced, there are many, many other more reasonably priced options.

An excellent hotel in terms of service and quality. The staff are extremely attentive.. The rooms are lovely and the amenities among the best I have seen.
