Even tho I was not offered any VIP service or upgrade option for my stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, great amenities & most of all entire staff was very friendly & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, location is close to Galata tower & Main Street with lots of eating options.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Taksim and surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. If you want to stay near the shopping area, this is a great hotel to stay in… walking distance to istiklal street and the hotel is very nice, comfortable beds, clean and staff are amazing… make sure to dine in the Turkish restaurant under the hotel, it is so good food there!
