One of the best hotels that me and my husband stayed in. Staff are really nice and friendly. Breakfast is so delicious and it has a lot of veriety. Two staff at breakfast area named Gozde and Ayhan are very hospitable and amazing. The hotel is just 1 minute from Istiklal street and Taqsim square. Rooms are clean and convenient. We booked turkish hammam from hotel and we really enjoyed, also the Bosphorus tour that hotel offers was a great experience. I enjoyed my time in this hotel. I will miss Istanbul and this hotel and I hope I can come back again in near future. Thank you Mukarnas Taqsim for everything.

The place was old dirty run down not like the pictures. I wanted to leave they would not refund me before I checked in. The location was closed off so we had to walk our luggage's to the hotel more than 2.5 blocks. The lady in the Front said her breakfast is great. It was a 2 only because the servers were nice not because of the food, variety, quality and temperature because those were all really bad. The workers were polite and nice.

The property is located in a side street away from the Taksim or Istiklal commotion. It is spotless clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. My housekeeper, Cahide, was wonderful; kind enough to fold all my clothes every day and restock. This is my second year staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it.
