The hotel was good overall, but it needs renovation as it feels quite old. Also, the TV in the room was broken. With some updates and better maintenance, the overall experience would be much better.

We enjoyed our staycation with my small pet almost every year on his birthday. We can now dine outdoors at their restaurants which are pet friendly.We stayed in the same room as last year. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff are very helpful and the room is well maintained and clean.

Not too kid friendly e.g no kids play. However the rooms were great, check in & out no issues.
Restaurants & breakfast very sub par.
Bell hops were a bit inefficient.
