Was allotted a room next to noisy cleaning / maintenance room noise was later in night and early morning. Later morning again complained but most of the staff did not understand a single word of English, however room was changed but we had to go through hassle of packing and unpacking. Front of the desk said a manager will contact via phone / WhatsApp/ email but so far nothing has happened….
All in all never going back to stay in that hotel again…

We choose this property to be as close as possible to Eiffel Tower, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel was just perfect, the view to the city was amazing and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also up to the standards with plenty of options. We loved this hotel and would definitely go back!

The rooms were very clean , and tea and coffee were topped up regularly, the staff were very helpful and efficient. They were also very friendly and spoke English . Nothing was too much trouble . If you like food and safety, this is the place for you .
