Excellent boutique hotel with lovely decor in both the rooms and common areas; lovely extra touches like chocolates in the lobby! The room was extremely comfortable, the furniture and bed unique and beautiful; the bar area very inviting, and located right near a river and along a path of shops, cafes and restaurants. It's not in the Old Town but about a 10 minute drive away.

Excellent place, located in a central area that is full of restaurants and close to the lake !! Check in and check out really easy and fast.

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zürich. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and amazing. We managed to get the last minute tickets to the Lindt chocolate factory. The coffee machine downstairs was too good with variety selection.
